Key West Divorce Attorney

Family law cases are usually charged with emotion as they usually involve the break up of an important relationship and involve many sensitive issues such as parenting plans for children and financial problems.

I have represented both husbands and wives in dissolution and paternity. We usually mediate each case in Monroe County. Typically mediation involve issues such as parenting agreements, time sharing , relocation issues, alimony, child-support and equitable division of marital assets. Most cases are resolved without going to trial but many cases do make it to the trial docket.
